(Muir, PA) – Central PA Super Late Model driver Chad Davis is ready to begin the 2012 season with sights set on getting his first career Super Late Model win.   Chad is entering into what will be his third full season behind the wheel of the #91 dirt late model.  The 2011 season brought major improvements over the rookie 2010 season, as evident by several top fives and numerous top tens and coming away with the “Most Improved Driver” award for the 2011 season.  After running near the front, Chad is ready to get his first win.

During the offseason, the Davis Racing team purchased a new Lazer chassis for the 2012 season.  The new car was on display at the Bernheisel Race Components Open House in January, then hit the track for the first time at the Hagerstown practice session on a hot, sunny day in March.  Plans for the 2012 season include running weekly at Selinsgrove Speedway on Saturday nights, with the possibility of a few extra special shows.  All scheduled races and results can be found on the “Schedule” link.  Also during the offseason, Chad became engaged to his girlfriend Brandy during a trip to Virginia Beach.  An October 2013 wedding is planned.
